Stepping away from something produces many emotions. The passing of a loved one… a sidelining injury… graduating from school… leaving a job… dropping an abusive boy/girlfriend: all force one to step away from some piece of their desires, and face the question – “Can I be the hero, and accept the notion that maturity requires flowing with the fabric of CHANGE?”
“Hero?, you stupid putz… I’m leaving this blog, and finding someone serious about MY life crisis!”… fine, be gone with you and keep sailing the seas of frustration and lack of joy.
You there… that decided to stay. What makes you read on? (take a moment, a definite answer will help to reinforce your interior hero)
I assume you are not here because all is well, and you are bored with your beach experience in Taihiti, so you figured you would surf random blogs to gain insight to doubling your millions.
Your millions may not be in your bank account, but you do already possess them. Money can not be your ideal of success in times of anxiety and worry. The media is doing a great job of scaring everyone into the beginning of paranoia and depression… but this time of distress is nothing more than a cloak of CHANGE.
Where is your head? Why do you feel insecure? What road do you envision coming into focus for your near future? There are things in the world that are desperate… your mortgage is still due, your utilities are due, and money is still required for living; BUT, you have methods at your disposal to cope with the change.
Do not panic, take a deep breathe, and stay away from the things you can not control.
If your head is in the right place… growth can be great, even under the utmost of clouds and rain.
See you tomorrow,
N.R.
